EXCLUSIVE: @LATimes has docs showing that 4 years ago, the FDA tried to ban vaping flavors to protect kids. But after aggressive lobbying from the vaping industry, senior Obama officials nixed the plan – and deleted much of the evidence that justified it.

4/ Fun facts: FDA knew that tobacco products were chemically designed to attract kids. Cherry, berry, apple & grape tobbaco used the same chemicals as Kool-Aid and Jolly Ranchers. They also knew some e-liquids were "highly toxic to human cells" & could cause airway constriction.
