You know who is really benefiting from all this talk of gun bans? The firearms dealers. Have you seen the price of the assault style rifles since the tragedy at Sandy Hook. I know the very next ad after the tragedy our local Cabelas had an assault rifle and a Sig Sauer handgun on the front page. Companies will use any event possible to promote sales. I have Belonged to the N.R.A as long as I can Remember ,BUT,after they Disgraced hemselves and the rest of America's gun owner's ,I will not send them A Penny either,They will cause us to have a real a problem with our gun's .

They ran an add showing the President's daughter's and said the President thought his daughter's should be proteted and your's should not -The add is a disgrace and a lie,They are un-patriotic anarchist ,and no real American will stay with them.They are simply preaching to right wing extremist nut's -with the purpose of creating more division.

The NRA claim's an additional 250,000 new member's -that's great-but with their recent attack's they want keep them,,and remember the other side gained 400,000--Gun owner's need representation it's a fact so why does the NRA want to alienate member's for a few nut's.

However ,they have accomplished what they wanted ,Gun sale's are up triple ,Just exactly like they were In Jan.2008 -I remember, You had to go to the flea market To buy a box os 22 shell's and pay triple for them.I went to order a 10 round magazine for a 10/22 Ruger-- could not find one anywhere ,and the price had tripled and no back order's.Luckly I already had extra's.
