...........Golden Acres live like you voted. Maybe your son would be better off taking a pain pill instead of getting treatment. You know he might cost the goverment more money than he's worth. I'm sure you would be happy to sacrafice your son's treatment to make it fair for others to get treatment that have more worth to the goverment..................If you think goverment run health care is whats best for your family than you sir are a fool.

There is not much left to coment on here, sounds like everyone wants to blame someone else. It`s mine and your falt we are in this mess. The gov. the ins. co, or others are not responsibal for us. you and I are. A man must stand alone and take care himself first. If we have anything left then help someone that is truly tring to help themself that needs help. Way tomany people are hoping that the gov. will take care of them when they can do it themselves. I live in a small town of 20,000 people and i see far to many people that are living off of the gov. and then they live the good life going to bingo or the gambling boat and get up the next day cring they are broke aand need more help. Just makes me sick. But no one seems to care. Wake up people, the bottom line is that the ins. co. is there to make money. They care about that before they care about you. Hope i have not offended anyone with this but this is the way isee it. So get off your a** and go to work. Don`t say you can`t find a job because if you can respond to these post there is somthing you can do.

Your post well intended,is a good post to a point ,I agree a lot of people abuse the system,Bu there are law's in place to stop that,I know a lot of the local people here ,the social worker's ,who work with families who get food stamp's ,SSi ,public housing ,they simply will not do their job.
And what happen's is the people who really need help have trouble getting any help and the sorry one's are catered to .
The Problem is in the way these program's are monitored. I have saw some really bad cases of abuse,

Now about the other part ,If you Buy Insurance Yes They are Responsible ,as for the government being Responsible for it's citizen's --what does the constitution say about that ,,

With out the government ,the constitution and the Bill of Right's,America would simply be a Plutocracy Just what Republican's have been working toward for decades.

Pmb you just hit the nail on the head in regards to better management of current systems to stop the abuse. Unfortunately neither side seems to want to work that part out and in general the dems just wanna throw more money at it. It would be more than a little interesting to see how much of each dollar ends up either getting wasted, going to someone that doesn't truly need/deserve it or is paid again by another redundant program.

On a side note in regards to helping those that are less fortunate it's interesting to see how much guys like Romney donate compared to some of our current leaders.........even if you base it as a percentage and not actual dollar figures.
