we get jobs back buy getting big brother out of the privite secter and tax cuts.it worked for regan why wont it work knowbeaglechase wrote:How do you propose getting manufactureing jobs back in America, when they feel, Corporate Dignitaries, they are doing better across borders, with cheap labor, and violating labor laws we have in the OL USA, in their country of choice? Next, I realize some people won't work and are hard to recieve any work when you get them a job, but neverthe less, there are ways of dealing with them, and selecting your best workers, for the job at hand! Ever one of you have brought up good points of view, that we could agree on, but what are we going to do to change this around, to get people back to work and get the economic engine back working again... The president has got people working on this with some of the best economic advisers, and they don"t seem to be agreeing with you!!!!DOING NOTHING is what has got us in this mess!!! what I have noticed from some of you is name bashing anyone who disagrees with you, and that seems childish to me.... The consenseous I see Is that the republicans want to see the president fail, and the country with it!!! all for some political gain, and you name this forum patriotic, how many have served with the armed forces in war are talking here anyways?2500 HD wrote:I agree with you bluegrass, sad thing is most people now a days don't know how to work if you give them a job, let a lone a labor intense job that will be needed to build infrastructure. I'm a forman, I deal with employee's everyday. Some work harder at getting out of work than if they would just get the work done. Just because you give a man a job, doesn't mean you'll get work done![]()

Re: more infrastructure
Go to an area that had 29 factories spread out over a rural county and is now down to 10. Factories that were closed because their jobs were sent to Mexico and other countries over sea's. Thousands of people lost their jobs in our area, because of NAFTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alot of these jobs were here for several generations. Getting our Gov. to focus back to our countries manufactory will restore jobs for several generations to come. Infrastructure projects will never keeps jobs in one area long enough to raise a family and settle down in a rural comminuty. We need to at least get our exports higher than our imports so our money quits leaving our country. Wake up!!!!!!!!!!!!!beaglechase wrote:read the research I just did on Reagan!!!!

I agree Clinton made a bad decision on NAFTA but his predecessor had it in the works. but GW had a lot of time to overturn this decesion, but chose not to. who do you blame for China's trade agreement which we owe so much too....?
