So let me get this straight,Your gonna bring Earl outta semi retirement to run wide open in Indiana for 8 hours.Sweet.Better start Jogging Earl.

Jim I’ve been too busy working on my house, who has time to jog and stay in running shape? Normally, I would be a little worried about having to judge a trial, especially big males knowing I’m not physically ready. However, I been assured that my judging partner is in tip, top shape and can get enough score for both of us. Rumor has it he has been running 6 miles a day. Now that is a great accomplishment in itself, most people now days can’t walk 6 miles in a day. However, what makes the 6 miles so amazing is that he has been packing his kennel partner (Kevin) while he jogs. Judging with him before I know he is honest, so I want hesitate to sit down and take 5 if I’m having a difficult time keeping up. I've been told a good pack of rabbit hounds should run the rabbit back, so if I must sit and rest maybe I'll get a little score on the return trip.

If everyone would teach thier dogs to stay in the check area Earl wouldnt have to run as much! Isnt that right Earl?????

Earl , We must be getting older brother as i have never known you to take 5.Just as well though ol Forrest can still run like a deer so i hear. Should be good times for all. Looking forward to it.Hey Stoney i talked to my hound last night about the check area thang, he said it aint him. See you boys in Big Country. BTW I would be glad to help with the hardwood Earl iffin i was not working 70 hour weeks. Its a tuff road but some sucker has got to do it , might as well be me.

I will be making the trip to Wattensaw Arkanas as well as the Central Indiana trip the following weekend. I may be bringing hounds for people if interested but will need to keep the hounds through the week as we are hunting in Louisiana and can possibly hunt the dogs that we take. If we can get enough hounds to justify pulling a trailer for the trip we may do it. We may also haul dogs for people.

The trip plans are as follows:
I will be leaving for Wattensaw from Ohio on Feb 18th going through Kentucky. I will leave Arkansas after trial to go to Louisiana to hunt on Feb 20th. I will be leaving Louisiana to go to Central Indiana on Feb 24 or 25 and then back to Ohio on Feb 27.

nineteen days and counting until the trial hope to see everyone there, with all the snow we have had up here it will be great to run the coal mines
