PKC Beagle hunts coming this weekend

Does PKC have hunting Judges, as the UKC H&H format?

Yes, hunting judges, however, all point scoring is up for a majority cast decision. All a handler has to do is call for a vote if he believes a wrong call was made. The judge pretty much coordinates the cast and makes sure the rules are followed. They will be the final say on some other things though: off-game determination, scratching members for unsolicited advice/abusive behavior, etc.
