Don McVay Sr Memorial Hunt

Hey Mooredog Im just like you cant wait for this hunt. Im from Tn. and Im meeting some buddies of mine from Mo. and some others from Ar. so we will have Southeast and Midwest covered in our crowd. Not sure how many dogs but will probably be seven at least. What a crew. Dont know you personally but would like to meet you along with alot of my other buddies up north. Ive got friends up there that I very seldom see so I am excited. Even got one ole buddy up in NY that I cant wait to meet goes by Ricky G. So for all that have not been to this hunt, myself included it will be a blast. Heard too many stories from people that have been and thats not even talking about the hunt just the fellowship. So for all you yankees that want to meet a southern gentleman just luck me up. Good ole boy from Tn. Hope to see yall there. Chris Broadway.

Here is a anticipated timeline of the schedule of events. Of course everything is subject to change but we will try our best to stay with this schedule.

Schedule of Events
FRIDAY 24th
6:00 am Entry Deadline for Puppy Derby Followed by calcutta
$200 added purse Pups from 6 months to 18 months old the day of event
Noon Entry Deadline for Youth Hunt Followed by calcutta
$100 added purse Kids under 18years of age may enter. (entries accepted till deaedline)
4:00 pm Corn Hole Tournament (Blind Draw)
5:00 pm – 6:30pm Pre –Registration for Saturday’s Hunt & Show
6:30 pm PKC Rules Seminar put on by a PKC Representative
8:00 pm Poker Tournament ($10 Entry with 1 by back in 1st hour)
** This is a timed event with a finish time of 11:00pm **

Saturday 25th
6:00 am Entry Deadline for round 1A of the Memorial Hunt followed by Calcutta
10:00 am Entry Deadline for round 1B of the Memorial Hunt followed by Calcutta
After round 1B Raffle
After Raffle Bench Show
After Raffle Round 2 of the Memorial
After round 2 Round 3 of the Memorial
WE WILL CONTINUE PROGRESSION OF THE HUNT USING SUNDAY IF NEEDED.

Hey Jake I just got off the phone with Jeff. I dont have a pup to run Friday so Im going to meet them Friday morning and head that way. Im like you looking forward to the hunt but looks like a 12 hour or better drive that Im not looking forward to.

I am leaving friday afternoon. I hope there are some decent hotels close.Its telling me to come thru WV Looks like it would be closer to go thru Columbus, kinda confused. Guess i will get there eventually. See ya there with a couple of pups.
