Some of you are concerned about the proliferation of badly conceived state and county animal rules, many of which are animal rightist sponsored. I'm referring to breeder fees, differential cost licensing, mandatory spay-neuter and pet limit laws. There's a very useful discussion list of these topics that I'd like to recommend that you join.
