All SPORTING DOG CONFERANCE FOR INDIANA

This is a good place to inform fellow hunters about bills and other legislation that may jeopardize our rights to hunt and free cast our hounds.

All SPORTING DOG CONFERANCE FOR INDIANA

Post by jackrabbit »

The date for the 3rd annual all sporting dog conferance is set for Sunday August the 26th at 3pm. The location is the Gander Mountain lodge in Indianapolis' north side Gander Mountain store. This years agenda promises to be aggressive with many issues that all sporting dog folks are interested in. The All Sporting Dog Conferance is intended to bring officers and interested folks from all venues of sporting dogs together once a year to help us keep focused on that which is most important to all dog owners. As has been said in the past there are a lot of various types of sportsmen out there in the field today, but when we group all the sporting dog/dog groups together we are the largest group our IDNR contends with. There is power in numbers, and the more we know about each other and communicate with each other the more effective we can be in advancing sporting dog issues.

The All Sporting Dog Conferance has invited Wayne Bivans, our state Fish and Wildlife head biologist, and Major Steve Hunter from the divsion of Law Enforcement to attend our meeting. They will speak about issues concerning us from an IDNR prospective and also listen to and address the issues brought up from those attending the meeting.

THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR ATTENDING THE MEETING, and there will be several nice door prizes such as a GAS GRILL and a 10'X10' SCREENED GAZEBO. but the Grand prize, to be announced at a later date will be most sportsmens dream come true from right here in Indiana.

you are not going to want to miss this years meeting.
