D.O.G.S. will be watching this bill. We would like to see it amended to say "The executive director shall adopt rules pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to the period for the training of [bear] dogs for hunting."
This would clarify the intent of the bill.
We hope that people who feel strongly about this issue will make their views known to the committee. If they can't make the hearing, they should contact the committee members by phone or email.
