My county just passes a county wide spay and neuter law. Anyone with dogs is now required to get all their dogs fixed or buy a 250 dollar per dog breeders license or face up to a 500 dollar fine and removal of your dog's to be forceably sterilized. Hope none of you have to deal with such crap.

Do people that have more than 1 or 2 kids and on welfare also get fixed? What a crock of ....

They'd have to pry my cold dead fingers off my hounds to take them from me in order to neuter them. And bet your sweet a$$ I wouldn't be paying no $250 for 30 hounds or a $500 fine either. First thing I would be doing is probably moving! lol!
