Looking to make a TT15 fit a 13" beagle please help.

Buy you some 3/4" collars instead of the inch collars. You gain at least a inch on tightening on there neck

Give me a call and I can get you about 1 1/2" shorter if change to a 3/4" Dring collar or I can tell you how to it on the phone if you already have some Collar Straps. 304-984-1430 or 304-546-5638 cell Chip Eisenhut. I include the Collar Straps when you buy the system for free.
