AKC Qualifier???

What's the qualifications to run in a qualifier???? Or can any akc beagle run in one???? Sorry for the rookie question but only been to one akc derby trial. Thanks

Steve, since no one had answered yet I'll take a stab at it. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I think a qualifier is just that. Its a non licensed event, that if you place, you are qualified for the Midwest runoff. There is no stipulation on age like derbies if I remember right
