A general forum for the discussion of hunting with beagles, guns, clothing and other equipment and just talking dawgs! (Tall tales on hunting allowed, but remember, first liar doesn't stand a chance)
There is a mistake on the cover of the January issue of The American Beagler. I didn't catch it on the proof. In the winners of the male classes at the Large Pack Nationals, Branko's One Tuff Hombre and FTC Hare Charmer Ringo's names are switched. This happened to me one other time - you'd think I'd learn. The dogs are listed correctly on the inside of the magazine in the results, so maybe folks will put two and two together. I'll print a correction in February's issue.
My apologies to the owners of these fine hounds and congratulations for winning your classes!
Well....I will have to say.... that was a better response than I figured I would get. I figured I would get a " Go pound sand Aaron!"
I think your making the name thing up..... I bet he dont have trouble remembering my name. Ralph is on top of his game.....I bet Fagan told him that was his name just to try to mess with him.
No he just calls you Egg-Suckin' Varmint'. Ask Dick how confused he was when Ralph kept asking him how ol' Dugan was, lol! He still calls him that but at least now Dick knows who he's talking about. I doubt Ralph will ever say 'Garden Style Chicken Penne' correctly either, but I guess that's just part of his charm, rofl!
Gotta admit - we're both just getting senile over here. It's from hangin' around Glomski.
