There are some pretty good dogs in this photo. L2R Glomski's Bigtime, Kimbrels Kickem Up Kane, Glomski's Thunder Run J-Dell, Kimbrel's Midwest Swing, and Aj's Levitra. Its not very often you get dogs that are as accomplished as these in one photo.

Great picture! Old school "bring your best" rabbit hunt. Years ago my friends and I would all do that as well where everyone brought their best hound for a hunt. Brought back some memories. Thanks!

Almost 3 years ago I drove up to Ohio and spent three days with Jonah Staten and ran his Staten's Blue Samurai and Sam's litter mate sister Maggie. The weather was hot and dry and those two were outstanding.
I left there with a female pup out of Sam that has turned in to a very nice hound.
I just returned from spending five days with Jonah. Again, the weather was hot and dry so we ran dogs early morning and late night each day.Sam and Maggie are the kind of dogs that can excel in adverse conditions and at 8 years old they continue to impress !
Jonah turned out his two brood bitches out of Showtime.Neither of these old girls had been out of their pens in several years and both went hunting and ran rabbits without missing a step !
I came home with a nice male pup out of Sam and one of the Showtime females.I fully expect him to run like his sire and his half sister that I have.

Staten's Blue Samurai---performer AND reproducer. Bump
Home of a true hunting beagle that run to catch
