I've got a small female around 11 mayb 12" but small frame also. The question is can I breed her to a big 15" large frame male?? Will the pups b to big for her or does that have anything to do with it?

She will probably do fine but read up on or talk to your vet about eclampsia in smaller females with to big a litter for her I went thru this and about lost my female but if you know the signs or treat accordingly ahead of time it's not to much of a risk .
