Sorry for your loss. I only got to see man run one time. It was at a ukc pp event. Two of my buddies had a dog in the cast so I went and watched. That cast pounded. Ran the first rabbit down and caught it. I liked what I saw out of him that day.

Will think about you and your dog when I go hunting. Losing a good and faithful dog is always sad but to a highway seems worse. I lost one of the best dogs I ever owned several years ago while I was watching and I tell you highways make me nervous.

This time of year can be nasty because of the traveling buck rabbits if you are remotely close to roads. Had my best hit years ago during this time as well. Sorry for your loss.
