Hurt Dog Question

Noticed my male beagle 2 yrs old have is head down and looked in a little bit of pain. I was feeling around on him and on his right side behind the ribs around the side of the back he yelped when i applied pressure. He eats fine, hunts fine, and couldn't find scars or a lump or anything but he difentely doesnt like me touching the spot. Has anyone seen this or have any ideas.

Have your vet check him out. Could be something internal.
