is there any available out there?

The last place I found it, was at super walmart as soon as they were putting it out.

We recieved 3,000 rounds of CCI Mini mags today at Gander Mtn. Of course the hoarders and resellers were waiting like seagulls on a dock to buy them.
Until that stops, 22lr will be hard to find.

This may be the dumbest thing I've seen in my lifetime. Can't wrap my mind around the fact that manufacturers can't produce enough .22 ammo to fill the shelves. It went from costing $1.59 for 50 rounds to $10.99 overnight. The whole deal is outrageous.

May be the dumbest sounding thing to us, but if you were the ammo manufacturer and had people standing in line to buy ammo at 7x the price it should be why would you change what your doing? We as consumers are the ones to blame, dont buy any at all, which is impossible to get sportsmen not to buy any, but it would eventually change the price and supply. JMO

Gander Mtn. Has not raised the price of ammo. In the 5 years that I have been there, the price of a 100 rounds of cci mini mags has only gone up $2.00 which is due to inflation. The price gouging comes from small gun shops and people selling ammo at gun shows and on line. These are the people I see every Friday buying up everything they can. If consumers would stop buying from these individuals then maybe this would stop.


Cci minimags at Gander $7.99 for 100 rounds, Classic Arms in Lansing would come in and buy it and sell the same box for $29.99

Something else that is going to have huge repercussions is the last remaining raw lead smelter which was in MO shut down about a month ago.

Just bought 200 rounds from Carter Country here in Houston. They won't sell you but 100 long rifle rounds at a time. I got the fella in line behind me to buy me an extra 100. He said there aren't any 22 bullets to be found because of the gunshows buying them up and jacking the price up.

main event's beagles I see you're in Ohio check out VANCE or VANCE OUTDOORS they usually sell .22 Shells or K-MART I heard the other day that they had .22 Shells there at a good Price. And if you're looking for Guns I don't think any place can beat their Price in Ohio. jmo

The gun show they had here in Ohio at Westland mall had a lot of 22 cal. Rounds I bought a 1000. Rounds for $15. Bucks check out next gun show

they're working on their 3 location in OHIO. 1st Is in COLUMBUS and the 2nd is close to Buckeye Lake and the 3rd is going to be in OBETZ, OH. Should be finished by September, 2014 . I don't work for them but I do like their prices ( SALE'S ) . Hope this Helps you !
