where I can a good ballistics chart ?

Apple has an app for that may have to search on it on the app store but the ones I have we're free

Nikon has an app on there website called "spot-on" By far the easiest, and most accurate app ive ever used.

Check the web; lots of charts. At five inches at 50 yards, it's probably sighted in a longer distance than the average guy can accurately shoot.

Sportsmans Guide has a pretty decent one with about any caliber and bullet type you can think of. And one of the few things you don't have to pay for. Good Luck!!!

Thanks yoteslayer. I found out and all I can say is wow. Ready don't need to shoot that far. That spot-on is very easy to use.

How does it kick? I've steered clear of the mags all my life, then last year I sighted in a .300 mag for a guy. I thought it would rattle my head. To my surprise it wasn't bad. Guess I've shot to many turkey loads. If I ever buy another rifle it will be a mag.

I have a single shot 12 gauge that kicks worse than it ever does.
