Nice Jeff. You mean you can kill rabbits with a pup off a field trial dog? Hmm.

lol...thats funny Maple Valley...Looks like you guys had a good day. Our season opens tomorrow i have to work in the morning but you better believe i will have the pups out in the afternoon. I have been waiting all summer for this day

Solid day there Jeff...
However, here in Ohio today my Dad and I proved you cannot kill rabbits over field trial dogs or pups out of field trial dogs...no matter how many times you shoot!!!
Pretty sure Singer flipped me off after the last miss...to my defense, my shotgun sights were off, it was too thick, rabbits were running faster than normal, I wasn't using my normal gun...etc
It's a good thing the Grocery Store is open or we would go hungry...maybe I can get Jeff to ship me a few dead KY rabbits so I don't look like a total failure to my kids anymore.

You guys are trying to make it sound like the only dog to have is a field trial dog to hunt with. We'll let me tell you guys some thing, I've been trailing for about 25 years and I have seen a lot of field champions that you could not kill rabbits over unless you were kicking brush piles. By the way you guys brought this up on Jeff's post which should have been on another topic..........great hunt Jeff.

Guess that's all most kentucky boys got to slay rabbits with. Field Champions.Our dogs hunt ron don't know what your hunting over. A pen to us is a place we go to jail.
