Have any of you leased out a female to someone so they can raise a litter of pups? if so how did it go?

Never have but don't think I would. If they want to raise a litter they should get their own female or buy the entire litter. Just MHO.

I could see nothing good coming from a situation like that.

I like to help people out when I can so if I have a female that I'm not using then I would have no problem with it.

If your reasoning is to help out a good friend and your willing to assume ALL the risks associated with breeding its fine.....if your doing it to make a few $$ then don't do it. Risks outweigh the little money you get.

I would have no problem letting a friend raise a litter, especially if it was a cross I liked and I was getting a pup.

I think rambler and gypsy would make a great cross in the future, Jim!
