Guys this is a shout out to a guy who really knows his stuff! Chad Curran has been trialing a young hound for myself as well as a few others. He KNOWS how to get them ready and I don't just mean run them hard. He watches them sees there strengths and sees there weaknesses. He will customize the training regimen to get them to be competitive if they have it in them.
My young hound is decent, but Chad has him right. He is only 2, but has made 3 out of 5 winners packs. One place, but consistantly he is there to be a contender. Same thing with all the others, they contend. He has places with little females, and WON again with another nice young hound this weekend at Jackson. You can't ask for more than that!! He takes great care of the hounds as well.
Money well spent if you are serious about trialing a hound and don't have the time like me.
Chad is a houndsman, honest guy, reasonable guy, deserving guy of some credit!!!!

I couldnt agree more . I have been workin to much to run em like they need and if not for chad mine would b laid up gettin older and softer. Chad put a win on shiner this weekend and only had him a lil over a month. I have ran with chad a few times hes got great runnin grounds and gives em what they need. No worries when chads got em. I cant give chad all the credit though. He has a handler workin with him named briar lawson whose 13 yrs old. Briar handled shiner in the trial and i suspect alot of the work gettin ole shine ready. Thanks to both chad and briar for all the hard work !!! Keep him rollin

He is in Jeffersonville, Kentucky, I don't think he does much for pup starting, but you could call him to see.

You guys are gonna make his head get so big I will not be able to run with him. Lol. He does a very nice job and has tons of really good running grounds. Not bad fishing either.

Well fellows I don't hardly know how to respond to all these nice comments, all I can say is thanks. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the hounds and the people I have met. God Bless to you all and look forward to meeting new people and new hounds in the future.

Chad has done a great job with my dogs. He is very honest and a great person. He has taken a lot of time out of his day to talk and help me with whatever questions I have had. He is a class act and absolutely knows hounds. Thanks for everything you have helped me with.

Ok, I'll say something negative about Chad. Shoot, I can't think of anything. And he has brought the best zucchini bread, known to man, to the trials.
See ya this fall buddy.
