Purina makes good feed. I have fed it in the past and the dogs do good on it. I feed Pride now also good feed and a little cheaper.

One ain't a bad feed but there is a lot better for the money. I switched to victor a little while back & love it. If I had to buy feed from wal mart I'd prolly feed one but there's much better food at better prices IMO.

Will, I feed the red bag (24/20). Victor is super aggressive on adding dealers. We didn't have a local dealer here either, went to the local farmers co-op store & asked the manager about calling to see what it would take to get it. Long story short, they were carrying it about a week later. If you have a local feed or farm supply store have them call victor, they seem very eager to sign on new dealers. The national chains prolly come with to much red tape.

If you can't get victor & TSC is nearby then consider Diamond Naturals chicken & rice (tan bag with burnt orange stripe). It's about $35 for 40 lbs but a lot better than One also IMO. just make sure it's Naturals not regular Diamond. I fed natural for a pretty good while before victor. I do like the victor better but I'd go back if victor wasn't available.

I have not tried Victor so I cannot speak for it. I have heard very good reports on it.
I have been feeding Purina Pro plan performance and puppy for over 18 months now. I will be very hard pressed to ever switch. My hounds are exactly where I like them at all times. Lean muscle, good coats, and good energy. I can't say anything negative or I would. It is pricey, but I feel completely fine paying for it with the results visible to me.
