Any of you beagling guys live close around Princeton West Virginia, Hunter was drafted by the Tampa Bay Rays, he will be in advanced Rookie league, playing ball at Princeton West Virginia for the Princeton Rays. I will make a trip out there as soon as possible.

Swing,

That's great news about your son. I know it takes a whole lot of hard work and dedication for a kid to make it to that level, by both the player and his parents. I know you must be proud, and rightfully so....Congrats! I wish him the best.

I can be to where the Princeton Rays play in about 20 minutes from my house. I usually go to several of their games every year.

There is a local kid from Tazewell that got drafted to the blue jays last year straight out of high school. He played in the gulf coast league last year but is gonna be playing in Bluefield, VA this year so I will hopefully get to watch him and your son both play. Bluefield is also only about 20 mins from my house and they will play the rays several times over the course of the summer.

It seems like from you posting about him previously that he pitched? Is that what he was drafted to do?

...zach
