Can't really see it that well in the picture. If it flattens it head and looks like a cobra, it's a harmless hognose snake (puff adder). If that is what it is it will also play possum.

Cowboy Up, Guys!!! Snakes provide a valuable service. Luckily, we don't have rattlers or cottonmouths. Whole different ball game with dogs.

Back half doesnt look like a hog snake. This snake looks to not have the long skinny tail end. Its back parts are more like a copperhead getting blunt rather quick. It aint no copperhead, but I dont know what it is. Looks like somebodys exotic snake got away honestly .

Looked it up on Google images and they have a pic just like what you have an its a eastern hognose snake and is not poisonous
