Starting Pen in Central MO

I just got a new pup and was looking for a Starting Pen in Central MO. I sent my other dogs years ago to Charlie Goggins in Troy, MO. But I need a new place now, can anyone give me a good idea on who to call? Thanks for the help.

call dave tipton ive sent two dogs to him he does a great job with them. 573 578 1303 is his cell and 573 299 4762 is his house. He is almost directly central of missouri in belle.

Take him to Mr Tipton you want be sorry had two started by him and all my friends from KS go to him as will .

Tipton has an insane number of people wanting his services it seems. I take ALL my pups to him and have never had a problem. I'd say six or seven hounds and I know several other people that have started as well. He has had some health issues but I thinking keepin him busy is just what the doctor ordered
