He's not selling beagles I'm not sure if he's alive

Talked to him a week ago. He was alive then and still had beagles.

Last I seen Bob I handled a dog for him last spring. I thought he was getting out of the beagle breeding for now atleast but im sure he still has them.

I know his web sight been down for a long time . I also heard he was getting out do to health .

The reason I asked a running Buddy of mine bought a nice female from him years back and wanted to know if he was still in Business

Do you know what the dam and sire is?

Yes he is still alive and kicking but mom has been getting chemo treatments for colon cancer the past year. This has been taking up a lot of his time so he has not been breeding any dogs the last year. He is still running when he gets a chance but as you can understand it has taken a toll on him. There will still be Blue Sly dogs but not quite as many as in the past. Thanks.

I personaly bought 3 dogs from Bob, and trained three others, and i have raised 2 litters from these dogs, I have had beagles since i was 5 years old, my granddad raised them and he gave me mine. I am now 65 years old, and i would say that the TOWNLINE BEAGLES FROM BOB SMILOWSKI, ARE THE BEST I HAVE HAD IN MY KENNELS. And i have owned several differnt lines of beagles in my time. Had the pleasure of running with Bob and Jeramie last year when I was in Mi. He has great hounds and They can get the job done. The one Hound that sticks out in my mind was Sophie. She could scatter dogs all over the swamp. Like I posted before ,if I was to out cross it would be to bitch out of her.
