Today is the first day without season being in. Already having stomach pains and a headache from season ending. Hope everyone had a great season and can't wait till next season.

I run three times as much in the off season as when season is in. Longer days mean more time in the woods. I love spring and summer running!!!
Just have to be extremely aware for Coyotes feeding young in March, April and May. They will be even more aggresive than usual. Good running to all!!
