From start to finish. Got to club house about an hour before deasline. Signed in, did not meusure dogs at that time.Judge that had meusuring stan was not there. Rolled the dogs out, then had bench show. judge finily showed up. Then we meusured the dogs.If thats what you want to call it.Judging was poor at best, Was not handled the way it should have been.
The whole day was a waste. Drove 400 miles for all that, that wont happen again. My opoinion, the whole hunt should be cancled.I will not go back there. :moon: :moon: :moon:

Well if that's the way u feel maybe u shouldn't come back. If this is the way it went down! Didn't know that there was any set time to measure a dog and as far as judging goes seem to me your the only one that has anything to say. Sorry but you can't win them all that's all I got to say about the BAD HUNT that u had ....,

Hounds must be measured at time it is regesterd not after hounds are rolled out. you are very wrong.

In my opinion they did what they had to do to have hunt. the judge that was late had the stand, so if they didnt
enter dogs till after dead line there would of been no hunt at all and everyone would of wasted time and money
on gas. I myself did not place on a single thing but I had a great time and enjoyed every minute of the day.
Everyone wants to win but you cant win all the time there is always someone somewhere that can and will
beat you. The hunt was a good hunt I thought, dont throw the man that was late under the bus everyone
makes a mistake once in a while we are all human. I myself will go back as often as funds will allow. Sorry
you had a bad hunt but that happens suck it up and dont whine about the small stuff.
Judging in my opinion was good, a man cant get it all we only have 2 legs and LP dogs are pretty fast for the
most part. If you want to :censored: about judging maybe you should of done some of it! I myself have and
it is not easy.

The fact remains that the hunt was not conducted the way it should have been. And im not a sore looser.I stand my ground it was not a good hunt. Just you had fun doesn`t mean it was good for everyone else.

Michael. People dont drive around the country to run a hunt for other clubs. You go to a club expecting to see the same effort that you put forth at your own hunt. What would have happened if you would have got beat out in the first round by a 16 inch hound that later got measured out? My name is at the bottom of my post

Thank you Kenny for backing me. You have got to at least try to do it right. And if you don`t know then ask.
And my name is David Hayden

Well I dont think we should pretend that nothing went wrong but it may be time to drop it. Club participation is to low for two clubs to be bickering back in forth especially two clubs that have helped each other in the past and will need help in the future.

I’ll start off by saying this is not the norm. I’ve attended Little Pack trials in 6 States. I’ve lost in many and won in a few. I feel most trials are run very well. If you see a potential problem, politely address the Master of Hounds in private with your concerns. I’m sure most clubs don’t want a protest form turned in. They want the trial ran correctly. No system is perfect. I hope you don’t give up on the trial experience and your next one is much better.

First off I understand about all the driving around to different clubs, I do the same.
I was at same hunt in question and nothing was done wrong except this post, and if
there was this David should of said somthing then instead of putting it on here.
I stand by my words the judging was top notch on every cast I was on . I went out
on a cast with every judge there. And I am not a member of the club my club is
2 and 1/2 hours away but I will be as soon as I see them again, one mistake who
cares if you want to act like that a big deal then may be time to quit! I go to have
a good time a win is just a bonus !!!!!!!!!!
