there realy aint none the term gun dog is just a term for a hound that flat loves the gun.

We have to look at what hunting dog means.Now about 90 percent of the guys that come and run dogs don t even hunt them.never a shot fire over them.There hunting dogs but not what I call gun dogs.There s the different.A person thats hunts his dogs and a person that don t.
