Just wondering if anyone on here supplements their dog food with Dog Bloom or anything and how they work?

I add chicken grease from the store to mine about once a week. It keeps their coats nice and slick looking.

Nupro, similar to dog bloom. Love it! My brother has turned on to it as well. Keeps dogs looking slick, hard, and they recover from hard runs quickly. Just powder it over there food every day if you like. I usually do about 3-4 days per week. Google it and it will come up. Good stuff!

just watch the dog bloom, friend of mine was using it on his fox hounds to much and burnt the kidneys up on one of the hounds. you can over do it and thats what happened. Best time to use it is only when working the dog hard . Its not bad stuff at all and it does help hounds recover. There are different formulas of it , and you can call them and talk to the company and they will help you figure out what may be the best suitable formula for your dog. The best thing i found for recovery is raw meat within the first 30 mins after your dogs workout. Hope this helps you out a little

Raw eggs are good and that are cheap and every so often add some pellet cat food as its 30%. We do the cat food thrown to the laying hens too and it keeps them laying during the cold weather and the shells hard.
