How do you guys keep your dog boxes from sliding around? I bought a new truck with a plastic bed liner and it sure is slippery. Thanks in advance

I took a bed bolt out drilled hole in the bottom of box and put the bed bolt through the hole, makes them harder to steal.

I have an Owens box, I put two decent size U bolts up on the front edge below the lid. Drilled them out and used washers on both sides. I attach my ratchet straps to these. It works great and looks nice. I have been asked many times if it came that way and I say, no one of my only decent ideas! LOL.
Good luck!

Take 2 2by4's about 3 inches longer than length of box, fasten to bottom of box, drill 2 three-eight hole's through 2by4 and truck bed, either bolt down tight or just use bolts like hitch pin, easy to pull out...

I run 4 ratchet straps from the lift handles to the bed tie downs...one in each corner. Then I run a Master cable lock through one tiedown and the handle to prevent somebody from backing up to my truck and sliding it into theirs. I don't want to drill holes through the box or I'd bolt it down through my bed hold down bolts as well.

I have a homemade peice of junk box that I made just wide enough to wedge between the wheel wells and then I have a strap that holds it in place at the tailgate end. I dont have to worry about it getting stolen, I have exactly $4 invested in it....

I layed a 2x6 down flat between the box and the tailgate. Then I shoved the box tight against the 2x6 and tailgate. Then I measured between the back of the box and the inside of the bed,Then made a 2x6 frame to fill the hole about as wide as the box. This stops the latches from ever hitting the tailgate and the frame is handy to put stuff in.
