Swiming beagle

I have a beagle 7 months old an if I throw an egg into a big cattle tub of water he will dive in and swim to the bottom to get the egg the tub is about 3 1/2 feet deep never seen this before. All my beagles will swim but he will hold his breth and go under the water
I seen a thing on the news about swiming dogs and though about the oliver pup I have that dose this
Anyone else swim there dogs to keep them hard an such

Before allowing your dogs to swim you must first make sure the mother can swim. The female is the only one capable of passing on the swimming gene in beagles. So be careful before tossing a dog in the river! LOL! Just messin with ya Chap!

Cant figure out how to post video or pics on here
When taking my dogs fishing as pup I thow them over the side of the boat everone has came back up swiming so far

Hunting Canecutters if a dog won't swim when it comes to water it is useless. Guarantee the Canecutter rabbit will swim every chance it gets.
