Not saying that it isnt possible as it is possible in any bloodline but i have had a few reggie hounds and non of them had any extra mouth, the only thing i can say is that sometimes they either have speed or they dont!! Other than that i like most of what i have seen out of him!!!

i have a friend with a direct reggie male that will pop off some on cold/frosty mornings... not bad enough to where he's just blowing holes in the ground but here and there on the track. enough to warrant a shock every now and then!.. after the dew is off though you better watch out!!! he's got 3-4 2nds and 3rds in akc midwest and is a super nice hound...

I have one Reggie dog now and a Reggie grandpup and have had several Reggie dogs and none of mine cold trialed and they all have had good hunt and 7--8 speed. I have had 2 that would open a time or two early if not run up but I love the Reggie dogs, that's what I am building my kennel with.

I've seen some that wasn't worth a darn and a few that were tough. Like what someone else said in on this thread, good and bad in every blood line.
