One of our hardest worker and show judge for Mid-Michigan Beagle Club, Charlie Gehringer, passed away while running two of his Beagles at the Beagle Club Grounds Tuesday August 14th. He was found by MI State Police dog team Thursday morning August 16th.
Charlie will be at the PALMER BUSH & JENSEN FUNERAL HOME, 5035 W. HOLT ROAD, HOLT, MI 48842 ph 517 268-1000. Viewing Sunday 6-8pm, Monday 2-4pm & 6-8pm. Tuesday 1:00pm Funeral Service. Flower can be sent to the above address. Charlie's wife Linda has ask me to get the word out that all donations should be made out to the JUNIOR BEAGLE HANDLING PROGRAM as their son Shawn was a very active member within the program. Checks should be made out to N.B.C. - Junior Handler Awards. This is to be used for future Scholarships for our Beagle loving young people that support our great sport.
Charlie loved the sport and loved running his Beagles. May he rest in peace. George

Sad to hear its always Sad when a fellow Beagler goes home may he R.I.P. but i gotta say if your gonna go i can think of a lot Worse ways, When my time come I hope its in this same way just me out doors listenin to a couple of ol hounds!!
