Thanks to everyone who read this post. She has been located. She is at a local vet with a broken pelvis and other injuries from being struck by a car but she will make it.

I'm glad all ended well, for you and your dog.
Something similar happen to a friend's dog. His dog got out of the kennel. A lady found it "bumped" by a car a took it to the vet. My buddy was called the next day. Total Vet Bill after a Leg wrap , X-Rays , over night stay , Meds and follow up visit was $1150.00. He joked saying "That's One dog I wished I had never heard from again".
Vets in our area show No mercy.

Thankfully I have a decent vet. She was in surgery for over an hour today and the bill was much less than $1100. She may never run a rabbit again but she will be my house buddy from now on. She has a long road ahead of her but at least she is alive.

Just an update: She is home and doing much better than expected. She went for about a 20 minute walk around the yard without hardly a limp. She even tried to pull me in the bushes on the trail of something!
