I sent in Monday(over the internet) for permanent papers. Got them back warp speed which is today. Bad thing is I put color code 030 which is black tan & white. Papers came blue tan & white. What should I do?

I had the same thing happen last year.Called them up and told them what happened and got a new one in a week.
