DC 40 Collars losing GPS signal

Everytime out lately my DC 40 collars lose GPS signal and never regain signal. The collars are both fairly new, antennas are in good shape and the software on both my handheld 320 and collars are up to date. Anyone else having these problems? It seems worse now that the foliage is out compared to winter conditions but either way it is awfully frustrating considering what I spent on this thing......

You can call Garmin about the problem and if the Collars are still under Warranty the will either send you a new Collar or a new Antenna. If they are not under warranty even thou the Antenna might look good it could be broken inside that is not visible, I have a after market antenna that is 4 inches longer than the regular antenna but will not break and is warrantied for 1 year against that.

I also am losing gps signal after a couple of hours with 4 collars that are all less than a year old, slim chance that all the collars are bad.

Try clearing your tracks, it clogs up the system. Also check the antennas try the "tuff skin" antennas
