Does any one own a cottontail and if so how do you like it? I bought a 410 and plan to hunt with it a little and hope it works.

I bought one before they were discontinued. First model showed up at dealer and it was too stiff to get the barrel latched shut. So it went back and after several weeks, replacement arrived. It hasn't left the safe, but I did notice the hammer pull felt way too stiff for a gun this small/light; would either get it smithed or try to break it in before I turned my daughter loose with it (purpose of buying).

Thanks I noticed the trigger is stif on the one I have. It looks like it has not been shot much so I may need to break it in. It really looks new but just no box. It shoots good and no kick for how light it is. Rabbits will hate me.
