I do not know of anyone in this area I am in Cedar Rapids Roger Smith has started most of my hounds & he does a good job thing is he is in Arenzville Ill. that is a good 3-4 hr drive I understand that is a way to drive but it has been worth it for me. Sometime you gotta do what you gotta do.

Hawkeyee, I have a 5 1/2 month old pup here (in Dubuque) as well right now. If i cant get mine going by then maybe we can get together and take them both at the same time and save both of us one trip. just a thought?

I hadn't found anyone else, but it looks like you guys have a plan!!! Id love to build a pen but im lacking two things, land and money...... I have a 4 month old pup that I have been catching rabbits for, he barked at them, I let one out for him and he stood there and watched him run away. I was not impressed to say the least!!! Ill catch him another and keep trying, he will go!!
