I used to own Fudd; put 2 wins on him in the Mid-West. He got sick & had to lay him up or I think I could have finished him; my thoery was some of the paint used at a trial made him sick, but not sure. Glad to hear he still alive & well. He produced well the two times I used him. Valentine is by Fudd & she might have been the most complete dog I have ever had; day in & day out. She could handle the pressure at a young age & she was the same dog after she finished that she was when she started. Roger Hanning owns her now & he loves her too. I never saw Shaker run, but I judged IFC Stoneyhills Tamarack & she was amazing. The Pacesetter x Bessie cross produced a number of top notch hounds.

i own a offspring out of fudd, and queenies primed and ready, this has to have been one of the best crosses i've ever hunted with, the male he is the best hound i've ever had the pleasure to hunt with or against. has the brains to control any situation you put him in. the best pure jumpdog you will ever run with, speed like you would not belive, and has the best line control you'll see as well, and very, very explosive, out of a check. he is a dream and a pleasure hunt with. just had a litter of pups out of him and a blue female which is a half sister to zena, which jeff martin owns. these pups should be some barn burners with out a doubt. if they get anything from there parents there will be nodoubt about it. i would really like to find another hound out of fudd that is as good as he is that is for sure.

East 80, your male is bred very similar to the cross I made; using a Prime Time bitch. I think Fudd has proven his ability to produce with only a handfull of breedings.
