Natural antifungal is white vinegar, i have had this same issue and sprayed it daily with a 50% white vinegar and 50% alcohol solution. Worked out for me real well. Cheap to make and easy to keep around. Great for cleaning out there ears inside as well. I put it in an old bottle of flea and tick spray I had and that worked great. Hope this helps!

White distilled vinegar & water mixed 50-50 works well if it is yeast or fungal. You can get a vet to wright a prescription for ketoconazole which is an anti-fungal pill. It's not real expensive especially if you're in good with your vet & he'll sale it to you at near cost. If not I think it's about $20-$30 for a month (but at cost you can usually get 100 pills for about that). Also a product called EMT gel is great for open cracks or other wounds. It's a little pricey, about $20 per tube, but it works well. Very sticky until it dries so it stays in place & gets hard after it dries to protect the wound. It is made for animals so if they or another dog licks it off before it dries (they won't be able to after it does) it won't hurt them. Tractor supply normally has it but if you'll look on line you can usually find it a little cheaper. Good luck!

I've heard it would but that it was messy & a pain to keep them from slinging it off when they shake their heads. Never tried it, just heard that.

cut the toe out of your tube sock and pull it over his head after you give him his treatment----he can't swing this ears and tear the tip up ---some times tape will work but he doesn't like it when you pull tape off

Now that's a funny mental picture, I'm sure they'd appreciate a good washing first.

50/50 bleach and water in a cup and dip as much of the ear as possible. And it won't dye the hair color but will fix the ear. May have to repeat a couple times.

I had a dog with that same problem, I used iodine, vinegar and alcohol in a spray bottle.

A lot of solutions , but you need to determine the root cause. only guessing but perhaps, allergy to bedding, or other bedding related issue.
