Hare hunting Tournament.

This past Saturday we were in a Hare hunting tourney, Started out slow, but by noon the hounds really started kicking butt. All of the hounds did awesome. We eneded up winning for the 3rd year in a row with 12 hare. Dave you always do a great job of putting this together, thankyou. We always have a good time!!. Here is a picture.

The tourney is held the 1st sat in Feb every year. You can hunt in the U.P. or WI, but we have to abide by the rules from the U.P. since Wi has an unlimited bag limit. This year there was a 10 Hare limit for the tourney, and for a tie breaker we would weigh them to decide the winner. The cost is $25.00 per man. Its a blast even if you don't shoot many, the guys that enter are great and we all have the same likes,( Beagles). Bushbound is the go too guy. I think next year will be a big turnout.
