I went out today with one of my beagle buddys and 2 cousins.
its been along time since Chris and i have got to run dogs together.
we did not start untill 10:30 or so. it was windy and we had our doubts .
you can tell from the video clip the wind was blowing and the way the clouds were rolling by.
his hounds can flat put one on the move.
we were out a couple hours, ran 3 put 2 in the bag. this race was not near as good as the last race but i was
wanting to bag one.
we all had fun and that's what its all about.

Looks like you had a great hunt Steve. It was a good day to run. Come down sometime and we will run a few swampers.

Did those Yellow Creek keep up with Steve dogs ?

Woody , not sue if that was for me or chris.
the little male on my left is Gus ( 1/4 dingus X 3/4 yellow creek) he did allot better than i thought he would considering he is only 13 inch.
if they would have hit a big clearing or a cut field they would of pulled off from him .
and they could of been gearing down for the condition. not really sure.
but i was happy with his prefomance.
he is the slower one of our hounds but can still pull out a 6 or 7.
my annie dog can gear up and run with his dogs just fine,
she is bred for line , nose ,brains and speed if need be.
