Found a basset hound today

I was at Port Hudson conservation area in central MO today and found a skinny basset hound. My number is (573) 745-1098. If I can't find his owner locally, I will be looking for a permanent home for him. If you are interested, please let me know. He sure is a sweet guy and is really good with my kids. He is friendly with my other beagle as well.
