Any willing participants?

Post by mybeagles »

Working on my Masters in Wildlife Management. Next summer I plan on doing my Research project on rabbits in running pens/enclosures. Still working on the details, but would any of you with enclosures be willing to participate in a survey and possibly collect soil samples for me. The focus of the study will be identifying ways to improve the viability of enclusures.

Any that would like to participate please PM me with your address and phone #.

Upon completion I will provide a copy of the results to anyone interested.

Thanks,

TC,

The whole purpose of the research project is to determine what we can do to increase the survivability of rabbits in enclosures. From habitat, soil acidity, food supply, predation, etc. I will have the opportunity to work under some of the leading experts on rabbits. Should be very interesting and hopefully we can develop some ways to improve our running grounds. I'm very excited about this opportunity.

Sounds Cool Count me in. ANYTHING i can do to help the survival Rate of my Rabbits is a good thing. I Did manage to have some young in it this year from Wild stock I trapped So Figured that wasnt to bad. And ALWAYS willing/Wanting to learn how to control Predication, feed ,and survivability. Like i said count me in. I Am planning on Expanding it to 5 acres in the next year or so, as time and Funds allow.
I Work third shift so you can call me anytime before noon and after 8 pm.

ohlinger,

You have always had much better dogs than the rest, so rabbits in a pen don't really stand a chance with your dogs. I'm talking about everybody else.......
