would a class action suite be in line aginst AKC.

we pay them to keep records for our hounds if one is found to be wrong they should be the ones to fix it when brought to there attention. They are the keepers of record.Thanks cojax

I don`t know either,from the lack of response I guess there are a lot of folks that think it`s ok. Thats why I`ll be as some one put it Kennel blind and there are only 3/4 people I would deal with.

If you have a case sue the hello out of them , thats what they need . I'm betting they have disclaimers & stuff in place to prevent that. They did not get as big as they are by being fair ; ) JMO

This mentality ( NO VOTES) from folks is why our country is in the shape its in. If it doesn't directly effect them they don't take a part in fighting for what is right. Kinda like government they say and promise one thing and do another once there and don't get held accountable by the people that put them there. I ain`t got a hellava lot of money but it ain`t over.I may get baned but they need to acknowledge this in some form,OR if their is any one of the 4 that had part in this still alive can fix it.

We pay them to keep accurate records, I submitted overwhelming proof of a false breeding.
Their reply, and I quote "We have reviewed the information you provided and determined that we will not investigate your complaint based on the length of time that has passed (over 13 years)"

If you go to Patch Pedigrees in looking for information, I have posted the entire e-mail chain from AKC.

Akc has continued raising prices yet don't stand behind their own record keeping, all because of $$$$$$$$$$$$.

This process has taken over 8 months, submitting the same information (which they already have) twice to get this answer.

I am not able to post the letter, maybe Chuck can since he was able to post the litter registrations.

Not trying to offend or start stuff , Me being a little slow can you help me here . Your comment of 4 being involved , I can see on the other post under information on the litter app. the name of the breeder on the breeding that did not happen , but I don't see the other 3 names or folks you may be refering to . Can or will you post or pm me those name's ,these are folks me as well as other will not want to trust or do any trading with , I'm a firm beliver in smoking out dishonest folks .

WHATS THE PROBLEM WITH AKC?

I did get a look around and saw what the deal is. I say go for it if you can! What is the point of using them, if they don't care about this kind of stuff.

The other three ,came from a conversation I had with the person responsible for this the night I posted the problem,They were both Bredemeirs and a black guy named Kenny, can`t remember the last name. LR I know this hits close to home but I am not trying to start any thing, I would just like to get to the bottom of this.I know every body thinks I`m an ass but so be it. Would just like to know the true ancestery of my Kojack hound. Like Swamp said, this threatning some one on the phone through a child is Bull crap.If you ain`t got the Balls to talk to the person you are threatning Keep your mouth shut. In my opinion you ain`t much of a person. If any one has a problem with this you know you can find me.

I truely am sorry for all this but RIGHT is RIGHT WRONG is WRONG. AKC needs to get off their ass and take care of this even if it means sending out CONDITIONAL PAPERS.

I was also told that night about Bonnie being dumped out in the yard bred??? I would like to know who owned Bonnie,Elmer McKenny couldn`t remember who got her???
