In the market for a new box for a small truck. Have Unique box that I am selling or trading and it is okay. Can I please get some feedback on a few??
I have Senecca kennels and Dog houses, but have never seen a truck box, except online. Owens has caught my eye as well. Those are really the two in the running.
I know two good guys who sell each.

I have an Owens box. It doesn't have the top stoage so as far as how well it works or built I am not sure. The box I have is built sturdy and put together well. The only problem that I have with the box is the rivets are really loose that attach the handles on the box. New rivets is all it needs. Other then that no complaints. It was a good investment that I would make again. I have had this box for a little over 2 years now.

i have a owens. its a good box. no top storage. doors are holding up well. everything is still like it should be. only thing is diamond plate is tough to keep looking nice and shiny. going to spend a day soon this summer shining it back up with some polish.

Owens is the best!!! I won a Senecca dog box at a hunt and traded a guy for the owens. He needed a small box and I needed a big one. I got the better end of the deal for sure. Senecca does make the best whelpers you can buy.

Got mine from Boxmandan on here. Its a King. I love it, and the price was right.

Ive owned a few different brands but I think that the owens are the best. The owens boxes has the best hardware on them by far! You can shut the top storage on a full size owens with one finger!

i like the owens the best warm in the wenter cool in the summer.

The box I use is all fiberglass and LOVE it! The dogs stay cool and is light as a feather. I could have sold it a thousand times but its a keeper. It was made it Oklahoma but have not been made for about 15 years now. The box my Dad uses is a Owens 3 door box without top storage. It is a very nice box, has removable covers front and back. The con to it is it could be about 6 inches deeper. I owned a Houndsman Deluxe for one season and it went down the road. Too HEAVY! Took 4 boys and their uncle to load that SOB! On the top storage, I am not for it. A buddy of mine had his box stole along with about $2000 worth of collars and other equipment in the top storage. I do not think a person can go wrong either with the 2 door pet porter type boxes.

My truck has a cap on the back. I dont want anything too heavy.
