just got my new hound hunter 3225s in the other day and used them for the first time today and I must say that I am very impressed-----used to have the trashbreaker g2s but I think these blow them away---smaller transmiter and collars and the range is unbelevable----at lunch my buddy went to the store about a good 1 1/2 miles maybe farther from where we were huntin he took a collar with him and called me when he got there i toned the collar and it worked! Thumbs up to sport dog---if they hold up under the abuse these rabbit hounds put them through tri-tronics is in trouble

Glad to hear you like them josh. Ron just ordered a set for himself so I'll be interested to see them. Sportdog has always made a good product just like TT.........it's nice to see they finally put the time into producing something with "all" of the features available for us to use with the extended range. For now I'll stick with my TT g3 trashbreaker..........it's been good to me so far so I don't see the need to change.

how many collars can u put on this hound hunter system and how far is the range on them.

6 collars with 2 mile range and no you dont loose the tone after 3or4 dogs-------google sport dog 3225 and check em out!

Ther great and alot cheaper than trashbreaker and a hot collar you shock one on high and they knw they have been shocked and the tone is good and loud

Josh glad you like them,I bought a 1825 set last year and love it but lose my tone after 3 collars and I have 7 dogs.I dont need collars on most of them but I have 3 pups this year that are under a year old and doing great but still not where I want them to be.I am think of getting this system.

Check with them on an upgrade. I don't know what they'll give you for your system but I know they gave Ron a trade on his TT system. That is one thing I'm not sure TT will do either is give a trade on a competitors system.

TT wont take nothing but TT on trade and want allow you very much only way it is good if your unit your trading doesnt work

My 1800 was still under warranty and they just upgraded me to the 3225... I am SO EXCITED I CAN BARELY contain myself.... I love sportdog.. It didn't cost me cause my product was under warranty and I got the upgrade! The lady said they normally charge 193 plus shipping for the standard upgrade but she let me do it because I bought one of the last of the disconitnued model and said I was a good customer cause ive bought three systems from them already. SHould be here friday!!

Man you cannot beat that! Customer service goes a long ways in my book.
